Trust & Licensing

Is DiceCity legit? Check for yourself.

Every casino says it is trustworthy. The useful question is what you can actually verify without taking our word for it. This page gives you our licence and company details in full, shows you how to prove any individual game result was fixed before you played, and tells you how to recognise the fake sites using our name.

Gambling laws differ and change — knowing the rules that apply where you live is your responsibility. DiceCity is not available in every country, and you must be 18 or over to hold an account. DiceCity is new, built in 2026, and it is invite only.

Verify a result yourself — in four steps

A promise is only as good as whoever makes it. Provably fair games are a proof you can perform yourself. Every DiceCity game — Mines, Plinko, Crash, Dice, Limbo, Keno, Blackjack and the rest — works like this:

  1. Set your own client seed

Open any DiceCity game, go to its fairness panel, and set a client seed of your choosing. The result depends on it, so we cannot know the outcome in advance without knowing your seed.
  2. Note the hashed server seed

The game shows you a hash of the server seed before you play. A hash is a one-way fingerprint: it commits us to a value we can no longer change, without revealing it to you.
  3. Play the round

The outcome is derived from the server seed, your client seed and the round number — nothing else. No live decision is taken about whether you win.
  4. Reveal and recompute

Rotate your seeds and the server seed is revealed. Hash it and compare against the fingerprint you were shown; then recompute the outcome yourself. If both match, the result was fixed before you played. Any mismatch would be provable, publicly, by you.

Every game at DiceCity is DiceCity's own, so every result can be checked this way. Each game's house edge is published on its page and on our RTP page.

Your money and your identity

DiceCity is a crypto casino. Deposits and withdrawals move between your wallet and your account, in the coins the cashier lists — we never hold fiat on your behalf and never ask for card or bank details. A deposit is credited once its network confirms it. Every withdrawal is reviewed before it is sent: most wait for a member of our team, and some accounts are cleared to send automatically up to a set amount.

You do not need to verify your identity to start playing. We may ask for it at any time where our licence conditions or our anti-money-laundering checks call for it: a member of our team decides, for example before a large withdrawal or when a check flags a risk. It runs through Veriff, an independent identity provider, so your documents are handled by a specialist rather than sitting in a casino's inbox.

We will never ask for your password, your wallet seed phrase or your private keys. Nobody at DiceCity needs them, and anyone asking for them is not us.

Sites pretending to be us

Domains a letter or two away from ours, and "DiceCity review" sites, are not run by us. Copying a name and a logo is easy, so check the address before you sign in or deposit.

Our only playing domain is dicecity.com. Everything official we run is listed on one page:

Staying in control

Every game here has a house edge, which means the longer you play the more likely you are to be down. That is arithmetic, not pessimism, and any operator telling you otherwise is lying to you. DiceCity has no self-service limits yet, so set your own: work out a budget with the calculator on the responsible gambling page before you play, and stop when it is spent. To stop for good, email support@dicecity.com and ask us to close your account.

Frequently asked questions

Is DiceCity legit?

DiceCity.com is licensed in Anjouan under licence number ALSI-032401017-FI3. Beyond the paperwork, the checkable part matters more: our in-house games are provably fair, so you can verify any individual result yourself after the round, and the house edge is printed on every game rather than hidden.

Is a site with a name like DiceCity's the same site?

Only if it is dicecity.com. Our only playing domain is dicecity.com; lookalike addresses have no connection to us. If you have entered details anywhere else, change your password and contact support@dicecity.com.

How do I know the games are not rigged?

You do not have to take our word for it. Every DiceCity game is DiceCity's own, and before each round it commits to a hashed server seed, which is combined with a client seed you control. Rotate your seeds and the server seed is revealed, so you can recompute the result and confirm it was fixed before you played. DiceCity has no third-party games.

How do withdrawals work?

You withdraw in crypto to a wallet you control. Every withdrawal is reviewed before it is sent: most wait for a member of the DiceCity team, and some accounts are cleared to send automatically up to a set amount. Once sent, it takes the network's normal confirmation time. We may ask you to verify your identity first, for example when a withdrawal is much larger than your deposits.

Do I have to complete KYC?

Not to start playing. We may ask you to verify your identity at any time when our licence conditions or our anti-money-laundering checks call for it: a member of our team decides, for example before a large withdrawal or when a check flags a risk. Until it is approved you cannot play or use the cashier. Verification runs through Veriff, an independent identity provider.

What if I have a dispute?

Email support@dicecity.com first. If you are not satisfied with the answer, our licence conditions provide for escalation to the regulator.

Can I limit or stop my own gambling?

Not with tools on the site yet: DiceCity has no self-service way to limit or pause your play. To stop, email support@dicecity.com from the address on your account and ask us to close it. The responsible gambling page has a budget calculator and where to get help.
