About these terms
These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of DiceCity (dicecity.com). The operator of this site is
(licensed in Anjouan, licence ALSI-032401017-FI3), also shown under Who runs DiceCity on this page. By creating an account or playing, you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you don't accept them, don't use DiceCity.
These terms are written in English. If we show you a translation and it differs, the English text applies.
Who can play
- You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the legal age for gambling where you live is higher. Whichever age is higher applies to you.
- Online gambling must be legal where you are. It is your responsibility to check. Don't use DiceCity from a place where it is not allowed, and don't hide where you are (for example with a VPN) to get around that.
- One account per person. You may not open an account for someone else or let anyone else use yours.
- DiceCity is invite only: you join through another player's invite link or code. Being invited doesn't change any of these rules.
- We may ask you to prove your age and identity at any time. Until you do, we may pause your account.
Your account
- Give true details and keep your email address up to date.
- Keep your password and sign-in methods to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account unless you tell us it has been taken over. Turn on two-factor authentication in your security settings to protect it.
- Your username is shown to other players. It must not impersonate anyone, include contact details, or be offensive.
- Accounts can't be sold, shared or transferred.
Deposits and withdrawals
- DiceCity takes cryptocurrency only. The cashier shows which coins and networks you can use.
- Send only the coin and network shown for an address. Crypto sent to the wrong address or network may be lost, and blockchain transactions can't be reversed.
- A deposit is credited once the network has confirmed it.
- Every withdrawal is reviewed before it is sent. Most are reviewed by a member of the DiceCity team. Once sent, it takes the network's normal confirmation time. Network fees apply.
- Withdraw only to a wallet you control. We may refuse a withdrawal to an address our checks flag.
- Balances are not bank deposits and earn no interest.
Games and fairness
- The games on DiceCity are DiceCity's own. Each game page shows its rules, its return to player (RTP) and house edge.
- Our games are provably fair: each result is fixed by a server seed committed before you play and a client seed you control, so you can check any result after the round. See Provably fair.
- Every game has a house edge. Over time you should expect to lose more than you win.
- Each game has a minimum and maximum bet, shown in the game.
- If a game, the network or our systems fail, bets affected by the failure may be voided and the stakes returned. A malfunction voids all pays and plays it affects.
- Results are final once a round is settled, except where these terms say a bet is void.
Bonuses, rewards and invites
- Bonuses, rewards and invite rewards come with their own rules, shown where you claim them. Those rules apply on top of these terms.
- We may withhold or take back a bonus or reward that was obtained by breaking these terms, for example through several accounts, inviting yourself, or working with other players.
Fair play
You may not:
- open more than one account, or play on someone else's;
- work with other players to gain an advantage, or move money between accounts through games;
- use bots, scripts or other software to play for you;
- use a fault in a game or the site to your advantage instead of reporting it;
- use DiceCity to move or hide money that is not lawfully yours;
- harass other players or post illegal or abusive content in chat.
If you do, we may void the bets involved, keep winnings that came from the breach, take back rewards, and close your account.
Identity and anti-money-laundering checks
We must know who our players are and where their money comes from. We may ask for identity documents, proof of address or proof of the source of your funds, for example before a large withdrawal. Identity checks run through an independent verification provider. Until a check is approved you may not be able to play or use the cashier. Where the law requires it, we report suspicious activity to the authorities and may freeze the funds involved.
Responsible gaming
Gambling should be entertainment. Read our Responsible gaming page. DiceCity has no self-service tools to cap or pause your play yet: if you want to stop, email support@dicecity.com and ask us to close your account.
Closing your account
- You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@dicecity.com from the address on it.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where the law or our checks require it.
- When an account closes, we pay out your remaining balance to a wallet you control, after any checks and minus anything voided or taken back under these terms.
Our responsibility
We provide DiceCity as it is. We are not responsible for losses caused by blockchain networks, wallets or exchanges outside our control, by your own device or connection, or by events we could not reasonably prevent. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Complaints
Email support@dicecity.com with your username, what happened and when. We reply by email. Keep your account open while a complaint is being handled. If our answer does not resolve it, you can take the complaint to the licensing authority in Anjouan.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page with its date. If a change matters to you, we will tell you on the site or by email before it applies. If you keep playing after it applies, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
The law that governs these terms is named under Who runs DiceCity on this page.
