Our position

Gambling on DiceCity is entertainment you pay for. It is not a way to make money. Every game has a house edge, so over time you should expect to lose. Play only with money you can afford to lose.

Adults only

DiceCity is for people aged 18 or over, or older where the law where you live sets a higher age. We may ask any player to prove their age, and we close accounts that belong to anyone under age.

What tools DiceCity has today

To be clear about what exists: DiceCity has no self-service tools for this yet.

  • There is no setting to cap how much you deposit, lose or bet.
  • There is no timer that tells you how long you have been playing.
  • There is no button to lock yourself out for a set time.

What you can do today:

  • Close your account. Email support@dicecity.com from the address on your account and ask us to close it. Tell us if you are closing it because of your gambling.
  • Plan a budget before you play with the budget calculator, and stop when it is spent.
  • Check what a game keeps. Every DiceCity game shows its RTP and house edge on its page.

If DiceCity adds tools like these, this page will be updated.

Signs to watch for

  • Spending more money or time than you meant to.
  • Chasing losses, or playing to win back what you lost.
  • Borrowing money or selling things to gamble.
  • Hiding your gambling from the people close to you.
  • Feeling anxious, low or irritable when you are not playing.

If any of these sound familiar, take a break and talk to someone. More tips are in the responsible gambling guide.

Where to get help

These organisations are independent of DiceCity and free to contact:

  • Gamblers Anonymous: free self-help meetings for people who want to stop gambling, in many countries.
  • Gam-Anon: support for family and friends of someone who gambles.
  • Gambling Therapy: free online advice and support, in many languages.
  • GamCare: free information, advice and a helpline (UK).
  • BeGambleAware: free, confidential advice and treatment (UK).
