Is gambling a way to make money?
No. Every game has a house edge: over time the house keeps a share of what is played. Some sessions win, but the longer you play, the more likely you are to be down.
How do I know if my gambling is a problem?
If you spend more money or time than you meant to, borrow to play, hide it from the people close to you, or feel bad when you are not playing, it is time to stop and talk to someone. The organisations under Where to get help, on the first tab, can help for free.
Can I set limits on my account?
Not yet: DiceCity has no self-service limits. Set yourself a budget with the Budget Calculator tab before you play, and stop when it is spent.
Can I close my account?
Yes. Email support@dicecity.com from the address on your account and ask us to close it.
Who can play on DiceCity?
Adults only: you must be 18 or older, and older where the law where you live says so.
