What is Balloon Pop at DiceCity?
Balloon Pop is a push-your-luck game from the DiceCity Originals. You bet, then pump a balloon one pump at a time. Every pump that holds raises your multiplier. The pump that pops the balloon ends the round, and the stake is lost. You can cash out after any safe pump, and the last pump the balloon can take cashes out for you.
The balloon has 25 pumps in total, and the difficulty decides how many of them are pops. On Easy there is one pop hidden among the 25. On Expert there are ten. The balloon bursts on the first pop it reaches, so more pops mean an earlier burst on average but a faster-growing multiplier while it holds.

How do you play Balloon Pop?
- Choose a Difficulty: Easy, Medium, Hard or Expert.
- Enter your stake in Bet amount. The smallest bet is worth $0.10.
- Press Bet, or press Space. The pops are placed among the 25 pumps right then.
- Press Pump, or Space, to pump once. If it holds, the multiplier rises.
- Press Cashout, or C, to take your stake times the current multiplier.
- If the balloon pops, the round ends. If it takes every safe pump, it cashes out on its own.
What are the odds and payouts?
Your multiplier after k safe pumps is 0.99 divided by the chance of k safe pumps in a row, rounded down.

The right-hand column is a long way off for most balloons. On Medium, five safe pumps in a row happen about half the time; all 22 happen roughly 4 times in 10,000.
Since each multiplier is priced from the exact chance, every cash-out point returns just under 99% over time. That is an average over many rounds, not a forecast for yours.
Any single bet pays at most $10,000. In real-money play a note under the bet field shows the multiplier at which wins stop for your stake.
Is Balloon Pop fair?
Yes. The pops are drawn from DiceCity's provably fair seeds before your first pump:
- Server seed hash. You see the SHA-256 hash of a secret server seed before you bet. It commits the game to the seed, and so to where the pops are.
- Your client seed. Your own input, changeable to any text up to 64 characters between rounds.
- The nonce. Your bet's number on the seed pair, starting at 0.
- How the pops are placed. HMAC-SHA256 of the server seed with your client seed and nonce produces a stream of numbers. Each number takes one of the 25 pump positions still free, and those positions are the pops. It is the same draw Mines uses for its mines.
- Checking after you rotate. Rotate the seed pair to reveal the old server seed and start a new pair at nonce 0. Rotation waits until your round has ended. Check the revealed seed against its hash, then see where every pop was in the Verify tab.
Balloon Pop uses the same seed pair as Mines, Chicken and most other DiceCity Originals, so one rotation covers them together. Plinko keeps a pair of its own.
What settings can you change?
- Difficulty. Easy, Medium, Hard or Expert.
- Manual or Auto. Pump by hand, or let Auto pump a set number of times and cash out each round.
- Pumps. In Auto, how many pumps to make before cashing out.
- Number of bets. How many rounds Auto plays; 0 keeps going until you stop.
- On win and On loss. Reset the bet, or raise it by a percentage.
- Stop on profit and Stop on loss. Auto stops at either result.
- Sound and Fairness. The speaker button, and the key button for seeds and Verify.
- Page controls. Favourites (S), Live stats, Theatre mode (T) on wider screens and Full screen (F).
